Bias Company ??

damn pissed off wif the supervisor and the company ...
On wed all the 8 hr working staff get to go back at 2.30pm ..
then mi and the other fellow hav to stay until 5 pm....

BLOODY hell.. fuking supervisor can go tell boss if no work can go home early or not(herself) ...
then we all so fuking free.. sit there from 8.30 am until 5pm then can go back...

some more they got more than enough man power loh.. 1 of them even go play psp for abt 2 hrs lea.. zzzz

we all ITE IA .. go home at 5 pm.. ppl uni IA go home at 2.30....
if got things to do never mind... nothing to do sit down there and ROT !!!

how to deal wif x mas tree after x mas..

Standards !!!

Last friday ... after attaching to the industry for abt 7 weeks..
we went back to the sch for a briefing.. a talk by the teachers at sch...

There our cost m@n@g3r .. yo-yo talk to us abt standards...

He told us.. tat.. there is the industry standards.. and a personal standards..
he said tat.. when we are working .. we should change to suit to the working standards...

but but.. how..
as i've been complaining abt too much break time and nothing to do..
most of the ppl .. in fact most of the ppl i know kept on complaining abt being a cheap labor and hav unlimited amt of things to do...

while i had nothing to do..

THere is this woman... the 1st one tat i called a slut.. decent looking.. eye big big .. mouth big big..
I must admit.. she had surprisingly good oral skills(communications) all the guys working in the production line were sort of swoon over by her..

No matter how faT how ugly .. how black .. no matter wad race.. she can play wif words until they are as if the perfect guy for gals out there to snatch..

We students were attached there to learn.. and she could openly tell her colleague tat she is busy and then hav time to chat on the phone wif her bf and surf net and play computer games..

Full time staffs work a 12 hr shift.. students work a 8 hr shift...
SHE has a surprisingly special schedule..
She can afk for 2 hrs, 1 hr lunch 2 hr of teabreaks and 1 hr of smoking breaks after eat lunch and tea breaks...

ANd guess wad.. she get 4 out of 5 for her appraisal ...
she doesn't realli work at the work place... ppl work for her..

seriously .. the Quality Operation department in this company is a waste of man power and resources...
the supervisors dun realli care.. they are too busy .. and the managers almost never do spot checks..( so far no spot checks lar )
and for this kind of job.. they pay is superb.. i mean it's realli good pay..
15 day work per month.. + ot.. a poly grad can earn up till 2.4k ..
